Bozeman as an Inclusive City Report

The Inclusive City report is an internal evaluation of current policy, areas of success, and areas where there is room for improvement. As a result, there are 24 actions recommended by the City Manager in the report. 

Key recommendations include::

  • Provide a quarterly progress report to the City Commission and interested stakeholders
  • Conduct additional training with city staff, department heads and elected officials
  • Develop an Equity and Inclusion Plan
  • Update City policies related to hiring
  • Update Bozeman Police Department policies related to Use of Force
