I.1 1603 Bridger Drive Annexation and Zone Map Amendment Establishing Initial Zoning of R-2, Residential Moderate Density, for a Property Addressed at 1603 Bridger Drive on Approximately 0.7417 Acres Located North of Bridger Drive Approximately One-third of a Mile East of Story Mill Road, Application 22247 (Rogers)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I here-by adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 22247 and move to approve the 1603 Bridger Drive Annexation with recommended terms of annexation, and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement for signature by the parties.
AND
Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff re-port for application 22247 and move to approve the 1603 Bridger Drive Zone Map Amendment, with contingencies required to complete the application processing.
