Be Water Aware!
In 2014, the City of Bozeman conducted a Water Awareness and Conservation Survey to better understand how residents think about and use water in their homes. The study found that the majority of Bozeman residents are paying more attention to their water use than they have in the past. Sixty percent of residents indicate that they have reduced water use over the past few years. Concerns about current or future water scarcity and the environmental impacts of water use are the largest factors motivating these changes, but financial motivations (concerns about the cost of water) are also an important consideration for many Bozeman residents.
