Location: 600 Bridger Drive Bozeman, MT

The Story Mill Community Center Gymnasium is available for the public to rent and includes the gym and restrooms only (the kitchen is not available). Event activity should be related to normal gym use and requires pre-approval. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.

The Story Mill Community Center Gym is not currently available to rent.

• We recommend that you check your residency status before you make your reservation.
• To rent this facility (Currently not available to rent):
  • Fill out the gym rental application above. Rental requests require a 2 week processing period.

Other Information: 

• A security/cleaning deposit is required and will hold your reservation. The deposit matches your reservation fee.
• Facility Refund Policy: When a reservation is cancelled or a change is requested more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, a $25 processing fee will be held from the deposit. If the cancellation or change occurs 14 days or less, the full deposit will be held back.
• This facility must be rented for a minimum of two hours. Rates are by the hour.
  • $35/hour for residents
  • $50/hour for non-residents
• Tables, chairs, and other equipment are NOT provided at this facility.

Rental Fees

Non-profit rates are 50% off and apply to Beall Center, Lindley Center, and Story Mansion fees only. Documentation proof is required. The deposit must be made in the name of the non-profit, either by check or credit card.
