Attention homeowners! In the last couple weeks, you should have received a City assessment bill – these are the assessments you pay for specific city services. In past years, this included four districts: Street Maintenance, Tree Maintenance, Arterial & Collector, and Parks & Trails. However, to simplify things and to begin to be more transparent with one bill that shows the total taxes you are paying, we’ve moved two of these assessments (Parks & Trails and Arterials & Collectors) to the County tax bill. We’re working to transfer the remaining assessments if we can. 

The first half of payment is due December 2; this is a correction from November 30 printed on your assessment bill. We apologize for any confusion caused by these changes and are here to answer any questions! Please feel free to call our Finance Department at 406-582-2303 with any questions.
