Please note, the Community Development Board cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the Community Development Board shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and place of residence in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes.

G.2 Annexation Application 23016 requesting annexation of Two Parcels Approximately 1.06 Acres and Adjacent Right of Way for Willow Way and Amendment to the City Zoning Map for the Establishment of a Zoning Designation of R-4 (Residential High Density District). Subject site is located on the north side of Kagy Boulevard and the west side of Willow Way (northwest corner of Kagy Boulevard and Willow Way), Application 23016.(Cramblet)
