3. Variance Request by Brent and Donna Snyder, 1755 Moffit Gulch Road, COS 189, West Berg Tracts, S18, T02 S, R07 E, Tract 6-A. (CONTINUED TO MAY MEETING)
a. Variance 2023-001: Construction of Level II component (Recirculating Trickling Filter) in an area that does not meet the 100-ft setback to the 100-year floodplain (Administrative Rules of Montana 17.36.918(1) Horizontal Setbacks, Floodplain). The proposed component is 84.5 -ft from Pitcher Creek.
b. Variance 2023-002: Less than 50 feet of horizontal separation from surface water to sealed wastewater treatment system components (transport line).
