Weekly Update – February 13, 2017


News this week:

1)     This Wednesday, February 15 at 6:30 PM the City of Bozeman will be hosting a Strategic Plan Community Forum on Community Values. The City will use these Community Values to support the development of the City Strategic Plan, which will lay out a course of short-term actions the City will undertake to help move toward the Community Vision. We want to hear from you! This event will be held at the Willson School Library on the 2nd floor (404 W Main).
2)     Participate in the survey to develop a plan for the Westlake BMX Park.
3)     One of our neighbors, Richard Brown, has a show currently in the Weaver Room at the Emerson. I invite you to attend – “Fred Willson: Context and Contrast”.

1)     Review

A.    17027 Montana Innovation Campus Master Site Plan (Rice)
2500 W College St, Bozeman, MT 59715. A Master Site Plan is proposed for the Montana State University Innovation Campus (MSUIC) to develop a 40.76 acre new university-related research park in support of the research, technology transfer, entrepreneurial, and economic development activities.

B.    17026 Montana Innovation Campus Phases 1 and 2 Site Plan (Rice)
2500 W College St, Bozeman, MT 59715. Phase one of the Montana State University Innovation Campus (MSUIC) for the construction of streets and infrastructure only.

C.    16374 Links Condominiums Site Plan (Krueger) Revisions
2411 Birdie Drive. Site Plan application for the construction of 4 duplexes and 2 triplexes (14 dwelling units) to review a previously approved site plan for 18 dwelling units in 2007 (Z07158). Two of the originally approved duplexes, water distribution, a lift station, sanitary sewer, storm water, and road improvements are already completed.

D.   17034 510 N 17th (formerly Rainbow Motel) Site Plan Mod with CCOA (Jadin/Krueger) – MIDTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD
510 North 7th Avenue. Renovation of an existing motel with interior/exterior and site modifications.
