Encouraging desirable change in our community—we need your input.

Bozeman R/UDAT

From April 7 - 10, 2017, a multi-disciplinary team of nationally recognized professionals associated with American Institute of Architects (called "the R/UDAT”—Regional/Urban Design Assistance Team) will visit Bozeman, volunteering their time to identify ways to encourage desirable change in our community, and preserve our unique sense of place, specifically in Bozeman’s Northeast Neighborhood.  And, we need your input.

All Bozemanites, whether you’re a resident or business owner, are encouraged to participate in an open forum to offer public input and local perspective on the northeast neighborhood and greater Bozeman area. It is critical that your opinions are voiced.

A host northeast businesses have volunteered their spaces to host the Northeast Neighborhood Walk with themed community forums moderated by RUDAT members.  You are encouraged to go to multiple locations to learn about the area and provide input.

Friday, April 7, 2017 Event Details:

  • 5:00pm: Kick Off Block Party @ Treeline Coffee Roasters—624 N Wallace Avenue (Area maps will be distributed here)
  • 5:30pm - 7:45pm: Community forums at area businesses
  • 8:00pm: Wrap Up Block Party @ Treeline Coffee Roasters—624 N Wallace Avenue

As a follow up, the R/UDAT volunteers will present their findings and recommendations for the Northeast District.  This is based on their decades of expertise, their on-the-ground experience in Bozeman and, most importantly, the input of a broad base of our community members.

Monday, April 10, 2017 Event Details:

  • 6:00pm - 8:0pm: Findings & Recommendation Presentation @ the Ellen Theater—17 West Main Street
